Bill I love you so, I always will --NOT

Tonight, not a frying pan in site! school today, and I forgot about the dentist appointment (thank God for the dental office manager to call me at the time of my appointment and remind me) -- rush rush rush --completed crown then home. Dinner was the least on my mind. I headed straight for the mail and the bills. One by one, I'm sure you all do this, too, open the mail and decide, is it worthy of keeping? then storing? Windows, windows, windows....I usually scan through the mail AFTER my husband goes through it and leaves it laying around the house for me to pick up...one of my pet peeves! Opened every one of them this time, even went through the junkmail ads looking for investment properties and coupons for the common purchases. Wow! it took me hours as I separated and purged. Doesn't that remind you of who we pick and choose to be in or part of our every day lives or our not every day lives? It's a wonder why we do things like that. How do we judge who's good, who's fun, who's holy, who's not, who's an example, who's a drunk, etc. Then we almost fit them into our schedules at times when we think need them and then there are times when God puts them in our schedules because He knows we need them and we then override Him and say 'not now'. Typical humans....I'm sure He says. Glad He's God because I'd say "STUPID!" Like bills...we at one time or another determine what bills we want, but then we get into circumstances where more bills of which we didn't want just pop up and become a pain in the ..you know what! I realized that I, at one time, was very discouraged because of Bill, but finally grew up and now know that I needed to pay myself before paying Bill--I feel so much better! Budget? What's that now a days? Soon inflation is going to hit us real hard and we're going to be a mess. this is when we will definitely see the line drawn between the poor and the rich. The middle class will soon be moving along to chose sides. Like our everyday lives, we HAVE to chose sides, no one likes the neutrals, they show no spunk or confidence.

Although, bills here in the US of A, is the bomb! we have it made - we are rich already and most of us don't recognize it just yet. I am thankful that I'm even able to receive Bill rather than some militia coming to my door and taking my family members as payment, right? So yes, I guess I can sing----Bill - I love you so, I always will, just as long as we're free in this beautiful country!

pork, potatoes, etc for din din

Well, just new to this with so much to share.  tonight i fixed up a great dinner for my family.  You can see the pictures, I'm sure. we love rice and recently decided to start using our loved white rice again.  ingredients for this is pork, potatoes, garlic, onions, bay leaves, soy sauce, vinegar (should be white), sugar, black pepper and spices to taste.  this with white rice is the best!  you can replace pork with chicken.  we rarely eat pork. I modify my recipes to taylor to my family's liking resulting in my usually blending the unliked items, i.e onions, to be hidden, but still added into my recipe in order to maintain it's wonderful flavor.   as i was cooking this i realized how i can make home cooked meals, post it somewhere, and have my friends contact me for an order and receive payment.  i don't think that's so bad.  most of my friends don't have time to cook, don't know how or are just too lazy to do so.  i LOVE cooking without people looking over my shoulders, i wonder why?  I know why, i can't stand to be told what to do. is that proof that i have a problem with authority or is it just because i like being free?  seems like life to me. recently quit my work and i LOVE being home and having more time to enjoy my freedom. being on the Just Over Broke prison has allowed me to take a good look at my life and what my legacy is going to be and for who or who would i like my legacy to affect?  mixing up the pork and the other ingredients is like mixing up a variety of my desires, thoughts and experiences to reach a most lovable flavor for ALL to enjoy.  what does that say about my heart?  I pray that you have a chance to try my pork and potatoes, more so, mixing your own to be able to share with ALL for them to enjoy as well. I also added a hot sauce which we call finadeni.  This is quite lemony and is delish with multiple dishes.  catering to the audience is something i do enjoy.  I have more din dins to make and I'll be including more of me and my experiences and/or whatever else I want.  good night!
